Simply put, Rob is a straight-talk source at Goal Planning Strategies. Just like Johnny himself, Rob’s focus is talking to people and solving problems. He uses open and easy conversation from the beginning in a way that clients understand.

Rob’s career path changed when he got laid off from the oil fields as an engineer. Moving forward, he knew he was good with numbers and good at getting things done. He wanted to work with people and enjoys talking with them. Today at GPS, Rob serves clients daily and helps with many facets of the company. Rob considers himself a student always, constantly learning to improve and sharing his work with clients.

Rob is about family above all else. He and his wife, Megan, have two kids, Jess and Valerie. They now live back in Jena where Rob was born and raised.
